2. What AcroEssence Does

- Users can create profiles, view others, and send messages
- We do not organize or supervise meetings, training, or transactions
- All interactions are at your own risk
3. Accounts
- Keep your login secure
- You are responsible for your account activity
- AcroEssence can suspend or terminate accounts if needed
4. Posting Content
- Profile info (bio, photos, social media, etc.) is visible to others
- You assume all risks of posting content
- We cannot guarantee privacy or control how others use it
5. Messaging & Interactions
- Private messaging is user-to-user
- We do not monitor messages
- Any offline meetings or activities are at your own risk
6. Safety & Physical Activity
- Acrobatics and events carry inherent risks
- You are responsible for your own health and safety
- Consult professionals if needed
- Injuries or damages are your responsibility, not AcroEssence’s
7. Social Media & Events
- Posts on social media or blogs are for information only
- In-person events worldwide are voluntary
- Participants assume all risks (injury, property damage, disputes)
- Terms govern participation to the maximum extent permitted by local law
8. Liability & Legal Protection
- Platform is “as-is” – no guarantees on accuracy, safety, or availability
- AcroEssence is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability is capped at $100 CAD or your last 12 months of payments
- You agree to cover legal costs if your actions create claims (indemnification)
9. User Conduct
Do not:
- Harass or impersonate other users
- Post illegal or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or collect data
- Solicit or advertise without permission
10. Disputes & Arbitration
- All disputes (Platform use, content, events worldwide) go to binding arbitration under BC law
- No class-action lawsuits allowed
- Non-arbitrable disputes are handled by BC courts, where permitted
